Through her ministry, Beauty for Ashes, Samantha inspires and empowers women by sharing the transformative love of their Heavenly Father. Her heart’s desire is to help women discover their true identity, experience healing and restoration, and walk in freedom and purpose. For over a decade, one of her most impactful outreaches has been ministering to women at Yarl’s Wood Immigration Removal Centre, where she has faithfully brought encouragement and hope.
As a qualified and registered member of the Association of Christian Counsellors (ACC), Samantha provides a wide range of therapeutic services, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Creative Interventions. Her decision to become a counsellor was born from her passion to combine her ministry calling with professional practice, ensuring both the spiritual and emotional well-being of those she serves.
Samantha’s mission is simple yet powerful: to see lives transformed by the truth that God can turn ashes into beauty.

Sickle Cell Chronicles was born out of two consecutive negative experiences with two different organisations. Both were found to have failed to adhere to employment legislation and had discriminated against Symone, relating to both racial and disability discrimination, including bullying and harassment. Enough was enough. I took action for fair treatment in the workplace, raised formal grievances, and both were found in her favour, with substantial out-of-court settlements agreed.

During these testing times, there was no support, and Symone had to advocate for herself. It felt like David and Goliath — one person standing up against systems that were meant to protect, but didn’t.

No one should have to battle alone or suffer because of the failings of their employer. That is why Sickle Cell Chronicles exists.
What Sickle Cell Chronicles Does

Sickle Cell Chronicles supports people living with sickle cell to have a voice and be heard. The organisation also works with businesses to help them get it right and avoid costly legal disputes by ensuring they understand sickle cell and their responsibilities as employers.

With a track record of disrupting industries—most notably through her inclusive fashion brand Busty Boob Tape—Tanya brings a rare perspective to the stage: the ability to build, scale, and then create the table for others to do the same. She doesn't just talk about the funding gap; she builds the bridge across it.

As the founder of Busty Boob Tape, she successfully challenged industry giants by launching an inclusive fashion brand spanning eight diverse skin tones, proving that inclusivity is a powerful driver of ROI. Her influence extends into media as the Publisher of Lipstick Magazine, where she curates the narrative for the modern female leader.

Tanya’s keynotes are designed for high-stakes environments where innovation, capital access, and inclusive growth are priorities. She provides corporate leaders and investors with the "360 Blueprint" for building diverse wealth legacies and navigating the complexities of modern entrepreneurship.
